Hillary Clinton Letter

What follows here is a bit of 2016 election history.

As in 2008 and 2012, I decided to share one of my books with the two major candidates for our nation's highest office. I chose "Who Is Carrie Hamglaze?" because it seemed most appropriate for this kind of offering. Both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump were sent copies, in August.

One week after election day, I received this reply from the campaign office of Mrs. Clinton:

"Carrie Hamglaze" is a fictional character based on Marry Malloy Bramstedt, a former Chardon City Councilperson, schoolteacher and award-winning tennis coach.
